HOW TO USE

Replace gel insoles for high heels after 6 months or after first signs of wear

STEP 1

Wipe inside of shoes clean and remove plastic backing from the high heel insoles.

STEP 2

Line up heel with back of shoe and raised arch with inner edge of shoe.
